No. The brief sits flat against the body and the low-profile pad is profiled to disappear under standard spandex and uniform shorts. We tested through all six sizes against the most common uniform shorts.

Run your usual underwear size first. The brief is cut women-specific, so most players land where they expect. There is a Find My Size guide on the product page with hip + waist measurements for all six sizes.

Cold wash, gentle cycle, hang dry. Do not tumble dry — heat can shorten the life of the D30 layer. With proper care the pad keeps its shape for the full season and beyond.
